Associate Chiropractor / Treating Doctor
Square One Health | Fort Collins, CO | Full-time

Practice in one of Colorado's most desirable cities
Fort Collins regularly shows up on national "best places to live" lists, and it's easy to see why. You get more than 300 days of sunshine! Weekends are for the Poudre River, Horsetooth Reservoir, hundreds of miles of trails, and Rocky Mountain National Park about an hour away. It's an active, health-minded community, and those are exactly the patients who want corrective, natural care. If you want a career you're proud of and a life outside the office you love, this is the place.

About us
Square One Health is an integrated practice in Fort Collins. We combine Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) corrective care, physical medicine and regenerative medicine under one roof. Our mission is to help patients feel better, heal better and live better. We're looking for a chiropractor who believes in structural correction and in plans of care that produce measurable results.

The role
As an associate chiropractor and treating doctor, you'll be a primary provider. You'll own each patient's care from the first consultation through re-exam. You'll work every day with our nurse practitioner and exercise physiologist to build and deliver multi-modal treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust and treat patients with corrective chiropractic care
  • Prescribe and oversee rehab programs
  • Run new patient consultations and exams, including taking and analyzing x-rays
  • Deliver report of findings and give clear treatment recommendations
  • Work with the NP and exercise physiologist on integrated care plans
  • Lead in-office health talks and patient workshops
  • Track outcomes and re-exams so patients see objective progress

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic with an active Colorado license, or eligible for one
  • Committed to corrective care. CBP training is a strong plus, and we'll train the right person to an advanced CBP standard
  • Comfortable presenting a structured plan of care with confidence and integrity
  • A clear communicator who likes teaching patients, one-on-one and in front of a group
  • Coachable, disciplined and results-oriented. You want to be on a team, not practice alone
  • New grads with the right philosophy and work ethic are welcome to apply

Compensation & benefits

  • $75,000 base salary plus a performance bonus
  • 401(k) with a 3.5% employer match
  • Group health and dental plans
  • Paid sick leave
  • Two weeks of paid time off a year
  • Eight paid holidays a year
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • Ongoing mentorship and advanced CBP technique training

To apply: Send your resume and a short note on why corrective care matters to you.
