This role is structured as a percentage of collections model, which is standard in chiropractic practice. Associates earn a competitive percentage of patient visit revenue, allowing income to grow alongside patient volume and retention.

New providers can expect a supported ramp-up period, with established patient flow and marketing support from our team. Most associates reach a steady income within the first 3–6 months, with strong long-term earning potential based on consistency, patient relationships, and clinical excellence.
